Question of the Day: Computer restrictions

Today's Realistic Resolution stresses the importance of teaching children to learn computer skills, and to use them to learn more. The computer isn't a completely positive influence, though; computer games can eat up time that should be spent in other pursuits, and the Internet can be a dangerous place.
