Question of the Day: Sleep tight

An article on the About.com Pediatrics site offers tips to instill healthy sleep habits in children with special needs. It comes at a time in which healthy sleep habits are a particular issue at my house, with my daughter suffering from a prolonged bout of light sleeping and sleeplessness.
