Question of the Day: Artistic talent

Lisa Jo Rudy, the About.com guide to Autism Spectrum Disorders, is reporting today about an art contest that invites young U.S. artists with disabilities, ages 16-25, to submit artwork for the possibility of winning a large cash prize and having their work displayed in the Smithsonian. And isn't that a great opportunity, such an exciting thing, except ... wow, my kids both stink at art. Unless there's some sort of National Stick Figure Competition, my 16-year-old is out of luck -- and even then, you know, her stick figures aren't even that hot.
