Question of the Day: Autism and cell phones

Although there seem to be no hard and fast answers as to what causes autism, there's certainly no end to theories. The latest one blames cell phones for the rise in autism cases -- no, not because they scramble your brain when you use them, but because people dispose of them improperly, and then all those cell-phone batteries and iPod batteries and other rechargeable energy sources degrade in landfills and contaminate the environment. I believe cellphones that have a signal produce radiation. This radiation if exposed to a pregnant mother I believe will effect her unborn child do to the fact that their skull is thinner and not fully developed.
