Photos and videos show off kids with special needs

You've almost made it through the week; what you need is a little inspiration to see you through to Friday. Check this space every Thursday morning for a little pick-me-up of photos and videos on Flickr, You Tube, Google Video, and other spots around the Web that feature children with special needs. This week's picks:

• Put on a happy face! Or just put on a video of happy-face drawings by Joe, a boy with Fragile X.
• A news story highlights a camp in Indiana that hosted a 4x4 day for Jeep owners to give physically challenged kids a fun ride.
• Two little boys with cerebral palsy are all smiles during their therapy session.
