Site of the Day: AAC TechConnect

The mission of AAC TechConnect is "simplifying augmentative communication evaluations with one-of-a-kind toolkits, online resources, and workshops." Chief among its offerings are Device Assistant, which allows you to compare features and information on almost 100 different augmentative communication devices, and Paperwork Assistant, which guides you through the process of completing the required paperwork for evaluating a device.

Those two tools are available for purchase, though you can try the Device Assistant for free. Other free offerings include links to make e-mailing various AAC manufacturers easy; downloadable brochures on some devices; and workshop handouts.
