The Fashion Moves Garment Design Competition is the main component of the Fashion Moves Project. Open to College and University Fashion and Textile Design Students around the World. Winners will be announced at the Awards Celebration will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia in March 2010, following the Winter Paralympics which are being held in Vancouver/Whistler."
