Color-Code Containers for Kids With Celiac Disease

I asked for your advice for parents dealing with a new diagnosis, and reader Annie offered a good suggestion for kids with Celiac Disease: "Ensure there are lots of nice things to eat kept in colour coded containers the child can access -- makes them feel not deprived, and makes their food 'safe' (eg, all green containers in the house are GF)." Do you have a good suggestion for parents just starting out on the road you're walking? Find your child's diagnosis on the index of Readers Respond pages and share your wisdom.
