I asked you to diagnose your favorite autism- or Asperger's-like TV characters, and reader Momonamission spotted a likely candidate for an Asperger's diagnosis on Disney's Phineas & Ferb:
"Phineas didn't talk for the first few shows. He is extremely brilliant and the 'idea man' for a lot of the inventions he comes up with to 'fill the summer days.' He also seems to be socially awkward and is always seemingly in the background, but will mimic his stepbrother, Ferb."
Where are you seeing autism on TV these days, whether the character creators intended it or not? Check out my list (with Phineas now added), and then add your own.
