CBTRefereeApp a Day: Cognitive behavioral therapy can be useful for kids dealing with anxiety problems and negative thinking, but the journaling that's a useful part of the process may be tough for those who aren't comfortable with writing or prefer to do their composition more at the length of a text or a status. CBTReferee -- available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android -- is a $4.99 app that lets users input a negative thought and get a "referee" response pointing out inaccurate thinking. From the CBTReferee site, you can find more information about the app as well as a link to the iTunes store. If you've used this app, fill out a review form (Apple or Android) to add your own take -- or to share another app we should know about.
