Documentary Shows Struggles of Students with Cerebral Palsy

Site of the Day: "What if you couldn't speak? Or use your hands? How would you prove that you're smart? That you have an opinion? That you matter?" Those are the questions posed by Certain Proof: A Question of Worth, a new hour-long documentary that focuses on three children with cerebral palsy -- Josh (pictured), age 6; Colin, age 10; and Kay, age 13 -- and the battles their mothers have fought to get the public school system to respect their right to an appropriate education. Certain Proof will be shown at the Vail Film Festival this week, March 31 to April 3. On the film's website, you can view a trailer and learn more about the families and the filmmakers.
