I'm taking a couple of extra weeks to read the next Harried Parent's Book Club selection, the surprisingly hefty Speaking of Apraxia: A Parents' Guide to Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and with the return to school on the horizon, I thought this would be a good time to put together a back-to-school reading list for parents -- books I've reviewed that either give you solid information about helping your child, professional information to pass on to your child's teacher, or hope that this year might not be a complete nightmare. Browse through the virtual gallery of titles and pick one or two to prepare you for the year ahead. Have you read a good back-to-school book? Write a review to add to mine.
