Site of the Day: The American Occupational Therapy Association

Monday April 21, 2008

April is Occupational Therapy Month, and if you're wondering whether OT would help your child, or how you can learn more about the OT your child is already getting, the site of The American Occupation Therapy Association has some interesting resources to enlighten you.

Click on the "Consumers" tab, and you'll find links to information on what OT is, including fact sheets on the role of occupational therapy for children in school and at home; tips for living with a variety of health and developmental conditions; and books and videos of interest in the organization's store.
