The Dandy-Walker Alliance asked families about the services their children receive in school. Of the sixty families from all over the U.S. who responded:

  • 69.6 percent of the students receive occupational therapy
  • 55.4 percent receive speech therapy
  • 48.2 percent receive physical thearpy
  • 37.5 percent are in special education all day
  • 30.4 percent spend part of the day in special education
  • 30.4 percent have an aide or helper
  • 16.1 percent receive no services
  • 5.4 percent receive vision therapy
