Because you are not logged into an iTunes account, you will get a screen that asks you to log in. Instead, click on the button that says "Create New Account."

- Click on "Get App."
- Click on "Create New Account."
- Continue to create your account.
- Read and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Create the account.
- Provide billing information.
- Receive notification of verification e-mail.
- Click on verification link in e-mail.
- Receive confirmation that you have successfully created the account.
