Where you see a line-up of credit cards at the top of the screen, there should also be a circle for "None." Click on that circle. Then enter your (or your child's) name and address in the billing address spaces, and click on "Continue."

- Find the list of "Free Apps."
- Click on "Get App."
- Click on "Create New Account."
- Continue to create your account.
- Read and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Create the account.
- Provide billing information.
- Receive notification of verification e-mail.
- Click on verification link in e-mail.
- Receive confirmation that you have successfully created the account.
