Voting will begin on February 19, 2013, and will be conducted through a poll for each category. The finalist with the most votes will win for each category. Readers can vote once a day, every day, through March 19, and winners will be announced on March 27. (For the purposes of these polls, a "day" means that there should be at least 24 hours between your votes.)
There is no prize, just acknowledgment as a favorite resource in the special-needs community and the bragging rights that come with getting recognized by the readers of one of the biggest networks on the web. Winners will receive a graphic to put on their sites to identify them as the Readers' Choice. Finalists and supporters are asked to keep this a friendly competition, with recognition that all the resources involved are working to make life better for kids with special needs and their families, and deserve to be celebrated.
