What It Is: If you saw the CBS This Morning episode on "Where's Molly" this past weekend and want more information about the story, this site has plenty for you, including a DVD of the documentary about a man who finds that the sister who mysteriously disappeared when he was a child has been living in an institution for people with intellectual disabilities for decades. On the site, you can view a trailer, read a synopsis, find out what's new, read news stories, and sign the guestbook.

3. AbilityPath

What It Is: "AbilityPath.org is an online community for parents of and professionals serving children with special needs. AbilityPath brings together information, resources and a social network dedicated to encouraging the healthy development of children with special needs."

6. 22q Central

What It Is: "22q Central is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the goal of promoting awareness and education regarding a common, yet many times overlooked, genetic disorder known as 22q11.2 Deletion Disorder, DiGeorge Syndrome, VCFS (velo-cardio-facial syndrome) and others. Parents, caregivers, and extended family of those with VCFS face difficult challenges that require practical solutions, and that is exactly what you'll find here."

What It Is: "The National Down Syndrome Adoption Network provides information to birth families who may be seeking alternatives to parenting as they prepare for the arrival of their child. Making an adoption plan for a child with Down syndrome is a loving choice and can be the right choice for some families."

8. Tweet Chat on Holiday Gifts for Children With Disabilities

What It Is: "The American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA’s) Move Forward campaign is helping parents with their holiday shopping by hosting a TweetChat on gifts for children with disabilities on December 8 at 4:30 p.m. ET. The #MovePT chat will be moderated by the HollyRod Foundation (@hollyrod4kids), founded by Holly Robinson Peete (@hollyrpeete). Physical therapist and APTA Member Rachel Brady, PT, DPT, MS, will be available via @MoveForwardPT to answer questions and address issues related to choosing appropriate gifts for children with disabilities."

9. Minute by Minute: A Documentary About Living With Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome

What It Is: "Minute by Minute is intended to raise awareness of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a rare and severe form of epilepsy that accounts for as few as 1%-4% cases of childhood epilepsy. LGS is one of the most complex epileptic disorders to treat and manage. The documentary features two families living with LGS and offers perspectives from physician experts and patient advocates."
