Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia

Definition: Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) is a fast-moving cancer that affects the myeloid white blood cells rather than the lymphoid white blood cells. It is the most common form of leukemia among adults, although it also strikes children. For more information, see leukemia.
