- when my daughter who has corneil de lange a mild version but neither the less still bad i wnt to main stream school were my son attended andasked if they could help my daughter they said ys and why should'nt they my daughter as same right as every other child .My daughter did not talk at all and was using makton to surport her commucation and i told school this and you know what they used sign inclassroom and children in emily classroom learnt basic signs too so i think being able to talk to teachers is a good thing
